Terms of Service

Subscription Overview

Front Porch Letter Society is an $11/month recurring subscription.

Subscribers receive one mailed monthly letter/newsletter package.

The monthly mailing may include Christian reflections, devotional writing, recipes, poems, seasonal comforts, and occasional small paper extras such as art prints, stickers, or recipe cards.

Community replies are not included in the mailed package.

Billing Through Stripe

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Front Porch Letter Society does not store full credit card numbers.

Stripe handles payment processing, billing, and subscription payment methods.

Subscribers may see Stripe or Front Porch Letter Society on payment-related pages or receipts.

Recurring Billing

The subscription renews monthly until canceled.

By subscribing, customers authorize monthly recurring charges.

Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel anytime through Stripe. Already processed payments are generally non-refundable because each monthly mailing is prepared individually. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

To cancel, use the subscription management link provided by Stripe or contact us at frontporchlettersociety@gmail.com.

Mailing and Fulfillment

Mailing is currently U.S. only.

Subscribers are responsible for providing an accurate mailing address.

Front Porch Letter Society is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, postal delays, or returned mail.

Content and Community Replies

Reader replies may be submitted voluntarily.

Replies will only be featured on the website with permission.

The owner may edit replies lightly for length, clarity, privacy, or formatting.

Full last names, addresses, phone numbers, or private identifying details should not be posted publicly.

Changes to Service

The owner may update pricing, content, mailing schedule, or service details with reasonable notice where appropriate.
